In a distant land far from the rest of Wars World, known as Neo Land, there exist two military forces – Black Star and White Star.  The Black Star Army would seek to conquer Neo Land, led by seven commanding generals, while the White Star Army would fight to defend Neo Land and keep the peace.  White Star, with much to fight for, would always manage to push back the evil forces of Black Star, but one day, things changed…

After the end of the war in Omega Land, the famous Allied Nation armies had disbanded.  The malevolent Black Hole Army had mysteriously resurrected, more powerful than before with the aid of Black Star and, having taken advantage of the disbanding of the four armies, started seizing control of Neo Land’s seven territorial areas.  Although the Allied Nation was gone, White Star took over and rose up to the challenge… to defeat Black Star, despite its new strength.  But with the power of Black Hole, one army may not be enough.  Can they successfully recruit the former Allied Nation COs from Macro Land and Omega Land and fight to defend Neo Land?

Brad

A kid CO who helps keep his team in spirit and possesses impressive leadership skills.  Since he is best known for heightening troop morale, his vehicular direct-combat units are slightly stronger, so he does his best on the ground.

Bridgette

*Original Character*
The newest recruit to White Star and its youngest CO.  She wears a mysterious amulet and has a crush on Brad, her childhood friend.  Due to her shyness, she lacks communication with her foot soldiers, weakening their power, but is stronger with naval units.

Max

*Owned by Intelligent Systems*
A brave and loyal friend, not to mention a strong fighter, Max is a strong direct-combat fighter, but his indirect-combat units have reduced range and firepower.

Sophie

A skilled veteran that demands perfection from her soldiers.  She is small but feisty.  Her units have stronger defenses from enemy counterattacks, but have weaker counterattack power themselves.

Grit

*Owned by Intelligent Systems*
A laid-back style masks his dependability.  He is a peerless marksman who is devastating with indirect-combat units, but his non-Infantry direct-combat units are less potent.

Flint

*Original Character*
The sheriff of Cobalt Town who lives life in the old western style.  His units get repaired for free and his indirect-combat units have stronger defenses.

Sonja

*Owned by Intelligent Systems*
Kanbei’s cool and collected daughter.  She excels in information warfare.  Her units have extended vision in Fog of War and hide their HP info.

Sadie

*Original Character*
A top reconnaissance student of the same academy that Sonja attended.  Her units get a little more terrain defensive cover and have more defense vs. direct attacks.

Eagle

*Owned by Intelligent Systems*
Green Earth’s daring pilot hero.  Air units use less fuel and have superior firepower, but naval units have weaker firepower.

Condor

*Original Character*
Condor is rumored to be a war legend from Neo Land because of his unmatched skills.  In sandstorms, his units are stronger and have no movement or firing range penalties.  Also, his air units have increased firepower and defense.  He is weak in the snow and rain, as his units suffer from reduced firepower and firing range.

Ember

An extremely belligerent Black Hole CO that is notorious for her ruthlessness.  Her units have increased firepower when attacking a unit with less HP.

Mepher

*Original Character*
A high-ranking Black Hole officer who is sinister and devious.  Charges his CO meter at a faster rate than other COs and has no weather penalties in battle.

Flak

*Owned by Intelligent Systems*
The strongman of the Black Hole Army.  Promoted from private by Hawke.  High firepower, but his shoddy technique sometimes reduces the damage his units deal.

Lash

*Owned by Intelligent Systems*
The wunderkind of the Black Hole forces.  She invented most of Black Hole’s new weapons.  Skilled at taking advantage of terrain features.

Adder

*Owned by Intelligent Systems*
A self-absorbed CO who believes his skills are matchless.  Second to Hawke in rank.  Charges his CO meter at a faster rate than other COs.

Melanthe

A genius scientist that harbors a great hatred for humankind.  Believes plants to be superior life forms.  Effects of natural terrain are increased by one.  However, base repairs on properties are decreased by 1 HP.

Kindle

*Owned by Intelligent Systems*
Jugger and Koal’s commanding officer.  Has a blunt, queen-like personality.  Excels at urban warfare.
